Over the past 20 years Julie has worked in a variety of mental health settings including Holland Hospital in-patient Behavioral Health, HCH Employee Health, and private practice. Julie currently enjoys working with individuals and families who may be experiencing significant life struggles such as relationship problems, chronic pain, and common mental health conditions like depression or anxiety. Her mind-body approach consists of cognitive behavioral therapy, biofeedback and hypnosis to assist people with the development of improved self-awareness and new methods of coping.
